Our courses have been developed and run by Clare Hockney, a partner with the firm specialising in discrimination law for over 10 years. She has been particularly involved with the development of UK anti-discrimination legislation and its impact on organisations.
We train in a participatory style, rather than lecturing. We take a positive approach to diversity and equality, stressing its benefits for the organisation, rather than simply highlighting the punitive aspects of legislation.
We use case studies to make the training more interesting and relevant. We give you concise handouts in ordinary language summarising the main issues and key points of legislation.
